THE FACTORY

The Factory was built in 1910 and was several manufacturing facilities over the years. When we took on this project the building had been in disrepair for several years. The vision was there though. We wanted a space where businesses could thrive in harmony with each other. Carefully selecting each establishment to blend with the next and implementing the latest standards in sustainable building practices we created The Factory. The Factory is completely heated and cooled with geo-thermal systems. You can see these on display in the hallways of the building. We wanted people to be able to see this engineering at work and share in the excitement of using the earth’s core temperature to assist in heating and cooling this large building.
