This communal space was a vision from the very early days of the Factory project at Russell Street. We wanted to create a mixed use building with a space in the center that could be used by all. A communal space where people can gather.

  This space would allow the business tenants to have an area to temporarily expand for events, and experiences for both their teams and their customers. Designed utmost attention paid to sustainable design. It can be rented by anyone in the community. We invite you to celebrate with us in The Courtyard at the Factory!
